2nd June, 2010

Dear RGHF,

Greetings.

Thank you very much for your mail depicting a picture of my good friend Trustee Luis Piconi, with the statement “Why he is a Rotarian”

I am certainly impressed by the poem which he considers as his most favourite one. I wish to inform you that on 10th September, 2008, I made a promise to myself:-

1) To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.

2) To make all my friends feel that there is something in them

3) To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.

4) To think only the best, to work only for the best and expect only the best.

5) To be just enthusiastic about the success of others as about my own.

6) To forget the mistakes of the past and to focus on to the greater achievements of the future.

7) To spend ample time improving myself that I have no time left to criticize
others.

I did it just because I am a Rotarian.

Thank you very much once again and look forward to similar communications in future.

With personal regards,

ASHOK

Hello Jack

I do hope the poem motivates some to do something good today and also support TRF with a contribution.

To all officers and members of RGHF, God bless and be well.

RI Vice President 2000-01
