In the fall of 2001, RGHF Founder & CEO Jack Selway, USA, discussed the potential for this "history project" to air issues of importance. RI Director Lynn & Norma Hammond, USA, responded "Let Paul Harris do the talking." 	Rotary Global History Fellowship Day & RGHF Institute (members may respond here) (Regularly emailed week 4) Rotary Global History Fellowship Day, approved, by the RGHF board, in October of 2008 and chaired by Jose "Zhema" Mesa, Dominican Republic, is a year long celebration of Rotary Global history.
